Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose

These regulations govern the rental of camping equipment and rooftop tents and ensure their proper use and preservation.

2. Rental Equipment

The rented equipment includes rooftop tents, sleeping bags, cooking stoves, chairs, tables, lamps, and any other equipment specified by the rental provider.

3. Acceptance of Terms

Any person renting equipment shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

4. Requirements

The renter must:

  • Present a valid identification document.
  • Pay the full rental amount prior to handover.
  • Pay a one-time service fee of 250 MAD for assembly, disassembly, and finalization.
  • A security deposit of 5,000 MAD is required before equipment release.
  • To secure a reservation, the renter must pay 50% of the total rental price as a booking deposit.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • A 50% booking deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
  • This deposit is strictly non-refundable.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid prior to handover.
  • If cancellation occurs after full payment has been made, only the remaining 50% may be refunded at the discretion of the rental provider.

6. Rental Period

The rental duration shall be agreed in advance. Any delay in returning the equipment will result in additional charges.

7. Condition at Handover

Equipment is delivered in good working condition after inspection.

8. Inspection by Renter

The renter must inspect the equipment upon receipt. Any remarks must be reported immediately.

9. Return Conditions

Equipment must be returned:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Clean and dry
  • Within the agreed rental period

10. Proper Use

The renter agrees:

  • To use the equipment only for its intended purpose.
  • Not to exceed 120 km/h when driving a vehicle equipped with a rooftop tent and assumes full responsibility for damages resulting from non-compliance.

11. Prohibited Actions

It is strictly prohibited to:

  • Install, modify, repair, or dismantle the equipment without authorization
  • Use equipment for hazardous or illegal activities
  • Lend equipment to third parties without approval
  • Smoke or eat inside the tent
  • Bring animals inside the tent

12. Responsibility

The renter bears full responsibility for any loss, damage, or breakage caused by misuse or negligence.

13. Use of Deposit

The security deposit may be used to cover:

  • Damages
  • Missing items
  • Late returns

14. Excess Damage

If damages exceed the deposit amount, the renter agrees to pay the remaining balance.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.

Any dispute arising from or related to the rental agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Marrakech, Morocco.

16. Amendments

The rental provider reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions whenever necessary.

17. Entry into Force

These Terms & Conditions enter into force as of 01.04.2026.
